On December 18, 2025, our company successfully completed the production, inspection, and shipment of a batch of jib cranes purchased by a US customer. This batch of equipment has completed all factory inspection processes and passed load testing and operational debugging. It has now been packed and shipped to the customer's project site as planned, and will be used for material handling and assembly operations on the customer's production line.

The jib cranes shipped this time adopt a column-type structure design, featuring structural stability and flexible installation, adaptable to different factory layouts and workstation requirements. The main beam and column are made of high-strength, high-quality steel, precision-machined and rigorously welded to ensure the safety and reliability of the equipment during long-term operation. All steel structure surfaces have undergone anti-corrosion and powder coating treatment, meeting the durability and appearance quality requirements for export equipment.
In terms of functional configuration, this jib crane supports 180° or 360° rotation operation and can be customized according to the customer's actual working conditions, covering a wider operating range and effectively improving material turnover efficiency. The equipment can be used with either electric or manual hoists, offering a smooth and stable lifting process. Its simple operation makes it suitable for single-person lifting and positioning operations, helping customers reduce labor costs and improve overall work efficiency.
To meet the safety standards required by overseas markets, this batch of jib cranes strictly adhered to relevant quality control systems during design and manufacturing. Key load-bearing components were structurally reinforced and equipped with reliable limit devices to ensure stable operation within the rated load range. Before leaving the factory, the technical team conducted a comprehensive inspection and testing of the entire machine to ensure that product performance met the requirements of the contract and technical agreement.
Jib cranes are widely used in industries such as machinery manufacturing, automotive parts, warehousing and logistics, and assembly lines due to their advantages of small footprint, flexible installation, ease of operation, and high cost-effectiveness. They are particularly suitable for workstation-level lifting and short-distance material handling. This successful shipment not only demonstrates our company's mature export experience and stable delivery capabilities but also further strengthens our cooperative relationship with overseas customers.
In the future, our company will continue to provide global customers with high-quality lifting equipment and customized solutions, from product design and manufacturing to after-sales support, to ensure that every piece of equipment can safely and efficiently serve customer projects and help customers improve production efficiency and market competitiveness.
