Warm Wishes from RAYVANBO to Our Global Customers
Dear Valued Customers and Partners,
As September comes to an end, two important holidays in China are approaching - the Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day.
The Mid-Autumn Festival is traditionally associated with the full moon, family reunion, and sharing good wishes with loved ones. National Day is another important holiday when people take time to rest, celebrate, and enjoy time with family and friends.
At this special time of year, the RAYVANBO would like to express our sincere appreciation to customers and partners around the world for your continued trust and support.
Our Holiday Schedule
Please note our holiday arrangements for 2026:
Mid-Autumn Festival: September 25–27, 2026
National Day Holiday: October 1–6, 2026
During these holiday periods, our normal office and business operations will be temporarily adjusted. As a result, responses to inquiries, quotations, technical questions, order confirmations, and other business requests may take longer than usual.
If you are currently preparing a lifting equipment project or have an upcoming purchasing plan, we recommend contacting us in advance. Our team can assist you with product selection, technical specifications, configuration requirements, quotations, and order arrangements before the holiday.
For customers who are already working with us on ongoing projects, please also feel free to share any important delivery schedules or project requirements with our team in advance. We will make the necessary arrangements based on your specific needs whenever possible.
Reliable Support Before and After the Holiday
At RAYVANBO, we understand that every lifting project has its own schedule and requirements. Whether you are looking for an electric chain hoist, electric wire rope hoist, overhead crane, Mobile gantry crane, jib crane, lifting accessory, or customized lifting solution, we are committed to providing timely product information and professional support.
Although our team will take a short break during the holidays, we will continue to prepare for upcoming projects. After the holiday, our team will return to normal operations and follow up on pending inquiries and business requests as soon as possible.
We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding during this period.
More importantly, thank you for being part of the RAYVANBO journey. Your trust motivates us to continue improving our products, services, and support for customers in different markets around the world.
Wishing You a Happy Holiday
The moon may be thousands of miles away, but a sincere wish can always connect people across borders.
May this Mid-Autumn Festival bring happiness, reunion, and beautiful moments to you and your family. We also wish you a peaceful and enjoyable National Day holiday.
Thank you once again for your continued cooperation and support.
Happy Mid-Autumn Festival & Happy National Day!
Best wishes,
RAYVANBO
