Product Description:
The mini electric chain hoist features a highly efficient and economical single-speed lifting motor; a DC electromagnetic brake, overheat protector, built-in electric control box, 48V low-voltage control, and upper and lower travel limits ensure safe and reliable operation. The machine is lightweight, thoroughly cooled and lubricated, and is easy to maintain and operate. The upper hook can be replaced by an ordinary trolley, a hand trolley, or an electric trolley, making it suitable for use in a variety of environments.

1.Motor system:
using brushless motor series excited of high efficiency industrial grade; there are two selected configurations of single phase voltage (110v/ 220V); its enameled heat levels up to 200 degrees, specifically designed for long crane.
2.Brake system:
dual brake system with one mechanical ratchet gear brakes and the other brake resistor short circuit controller, formula oiled copper disc brakes with high friction coefficient, which needs no adjustment; immediately brake in power outage or malfunction, great safety and long life.
3.Electronic control system:
direct control which saves ted lous lines and has the advantages of easy maintenance, low failure rate, security and stability; control switch with separate power line and quick connector makes it easy to carry.
4.Gear system:
Use the transmission plus planetary reduction gear with the best efficiency;, planetary gear set has two steel heat treatment operating idlers which can share power, and the life is more than 2 times the general driving type.
