Applications of European Chain Hoist
The European Chain Hoist has a wide range of uses, mainly in plants, warehouses, wind power, logistics, docks, construction, and other industries, for lifting, loading, unloading goods, and facilitating work or repairing large machines.
Component of European Chain Hoist
- The gearbox is maintenance-free, with a working duty of M6. The helical gear drive reduces operating noise and stabilizes operation.
- The brake is maintenance-free due to low abrasion, requiring no adjustment. It operates quickly and stably, with a double-sealed brake shell for harsh climates or conditions.
- The slip clutch is maintenance-free, integrated at the rear end of the brake to protect against overloading effectively. The internal speed detector ensures the hoist chain never slips, even under abnormal conditions.
- Control pendant height adjustment ranges from 2 to 5m and 5 to 8m of hook stroke, with infinitely adjustable control cable length and pendant suspension height.
- Control operates at 24V, with low voltage control and upper and down limit switches.
- The chain is high-strength and anti-aging, with a hardened surface and additional surface treatment for protection against harsh environments.
- Suspension device: The European electric chain hoist adopts a compact C-shaped structure to maximize height space utilization.
- The shell is strong, lightweight die-cast aluminum for a compact, modern industrial design, with automotive-grade paint for extended protection.
- The hoist motor is strong and durable, performing well even in high temperatures and prolonged operation. It offers double-speed lifting with variable frequency control for multiple speeds.
- Sprocket: The plug-in connection type sprocket allows for easy and quick replacement without the need to disassemble motor or gear components, reducing downtime.
- Chain collector box: Made of special plastic for strength, toughness, and impact resistance.
- Hook group: The ergonomic hook device offers comfortable handling. The forged hook provides excellent strength, with 360-degree rotation and a specially designed safety tongue for safe operation.
