On September 11, 2025, our Brazilian customer successfully received the custom-ordered overhead crane from our company and received excellent feedback. From production to delivery, RAYVANBO has consistently adhered to the principles of high quality and excellent service, meticulously controlling every detail and striving to create a perfect shopping experience for this customer and every customer.

 

1. Raw Material Selection and Pretreatment

Material Screening: The main beam and end carriages are constructed from low-alloy structural steel with high strength and excellent weldability to ensure resistance to deformation under long-term loads. Visual inspection, composition analysis, and internal defect detection are performed to eliminate materials with surface rust, cracks, or substandard composition.

Preliminary Processing: Qualified steel is cut and blanked. CNC cutting equipment is used to precisely define the contours of the main beam, end carriage, and various accessories to ensure that the overall dimensions meet design requirements. After cutting, burrs and oxide layers are removed from the edges to prevent loose fit during subsequent welding or assembly.

2. Core Component Manufacturing

Main Beam Manufacturing: The main beam is welded and formed using a box-shaped or I-shaped structure. During the welding process, weld quality is inspected in real time to avoid defects such as porosity and slag inclusions. After welding, the main beam undergoes overall stress relief to eliminate internal stress generated during welding and prevent deformation during subsequent use.

End carriage Manufacturing: The end carriage must be precisely connected to the main beam, and the welded flanges at both ends must be butted against the main beam. Rigid fixings are used during welding to prevent flange deformation. After the flanges are machined, wheel assembly mounting holes are precisely machined into the end carriage web to ensure stable running track after the wheels are assembled.

3. Packaging, Transportation, and Delivery

Classified Packaging: Large structural components such as the main beam and end carriages are packaged in a "bare package + key protection" configuration. Protective pads are applied to key areas such as the rail contact surface and flanges, and corners are wrapped with thick foam paper. Precision components such as hooks and electrical cabinets are packaged in wooden boxes filled with cushioning material. The electrical cabinets are also equipped with rain covers to protect them from moisture. Small accessories such as bolts and pins are packed into waterproof plastic boxes according to their specifications.

Transportation and Delivery: During transportation, a dedicated person is assigned to track and monitor the equipment's location and packaging status in real time. After the equipment arrives at the customer's site, we will work with the customer to count the number of parts and inspect the appearance quality to ensure safe delivery to the customer.
