This customer from Bulgaria had very complete demand parameters and wanted us to quote on the same day. After receiving the quotation, the rayvanbo team immediately calculated the cost, freight, etc., and sent the customer a complete cantilever crane quotation 2 hours later.
The customer raised questions about the contents of the quotation, such as delivery date, price, etc. The next day we issued the drawings of the cantilever crane to the customer, and the customer was very happy!
The customer is a local agent. After consulting the end customer and going through numerous negotiations, the Bulgarian customer confirmed the order in early April. It was a very pleasant cooperation. The cantilever crane has been produced and will be sent to Bulgaria soon.
